Spyxphak provides professional furniture assembly and repair services in the Ottawa area. Our services include:

• Assembly of new furniture from various retailers and manufacturers
• Repair of damaged or broken furniture
• Disassembly and reassembly services for moving
• Professional consultation on furniture-related matters

Service Booking and Cancellation

When booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your furniture and service requirements
• Be present or have an authorized adult present during the scheduled service
• Ensure safe access to the work area
• Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers. Prices quoted are subject to change if additional work is required beyond the initial scope. Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Warranties and Limitations

We warrant our assembly work for the periods specified in our service packages. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not extend to:

• Defects in furniture materials or manufacturing
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
• Modifications made after our service completion
• Issues arising from customer-supplied incorrect information

Liability Limitations

We maintain insurance coverage for our operations, but customers are responsible for their own property insurance.

Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all furniture parts and hardware are present before service begins
• Providing a safe and adequate workspace
• Securing pets and ensuring children are supervised during service
• Inspecting completed work and reporting any issues immediately

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Spyxphak and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Privacy
